1) You will submit a quote request to us along with artwork files.
2) We will provide a quote and will request any further details required in regards to artwork.
3) You will provide us all the details requested in regards to the artwork like files in vector format, PMS colors for pad/screen printing and CMYK for digital processes.
4) We confirm all the artwork details meets requirements.
5) You approve order and make payment.
6) We will send you a design draft for your approval.

8) Your order goes into production.
9)We will notify you once the order is dispatched along with tracking details.

Unbranded products will be dispatched in 2-3 working days.
For branded products, allow at least 8-10 working days for production after artwork approval. Shipping time is additional depending on the location.

New Zealand: Once the order is dispatched, delivery is generally 1-2 working days nationwide . If rural delivery, allow an extra 1-2 working days.
Free delivery on all orders over $300.
Orders over $100 and under $300 - There is admin, packing, handling & shipping fee of $9.95 per order. Being a wholesaler, we work with low margins and this fee is in place to cover the costs for smaller orders.

International delivery is available and a quote will be provided on request.
As long as the branding method, artwork colours and design are identical, you can mix colours of the product to reach minimum order quantity.
Prices shown on the website are for unbranded products only and includes GST. Multiple branding options available. Please submit a quote request from product page and we will get back to you ASAP.

We are online only store operating from Wellington, New Zealand. We have multiple production facilities in New Zealand and will use the one most suitable and closest to your location.
Laser engraving and printing with one or two colours need vector artwork. Vector artwork includes the file formats .ai .eps .cdr. Please provide PMS colours with the vector artwork for printing.
For full colour printing, please provide .jpg or .psd file with a minimum of 300dpi and colours should be converted to CMYK.
That said, if you can’t provide the files in the required formats above. Please send us what you have got and we will check with our designer to see what we can do to them to make print ready. Often we do this at no charge but depending on the time and complexity of the job, there might be a charge (We will let you know in advance if there is any).
We accept bank deposits and payments using major credit cards.
