Common questions about ordering promotional products.
How do I order branded products?
Two ways. Order online: choose the product, colour, quantity and logo option, add your logo (or email it after you order) and pay at checkout. Or get a free quote: add products to your quote list and send it, and we'll email your quote and a free mockup. No obligation.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order from 1.
What do the prices include?
Prices include GST. For logo options, the price includes your branding and setup. Delivery is added at checkout.
Will I see a proof?
Yes. We check your logo and email a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it. If your logo needs a different print than the one you chose, we contact you first.
What artwork do you need?
Any file: an image, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD file. We redraw it free.
How long does it take?
Each product page shows the lead time for each branding method, in working days from artwork approval and payment. Unbranded products are dispatched in 2–3 working days. After dispatch, delivery is generally 1–2 working days nationwide; allow an extra 1–2 working days for rural delivery.
How much is delivery?
$18 on orders up to $100, $9.95 on orders from $100 to $300, and free on orders over $300. Each extra delivery address is $15. International delivery is available on request.
Can I mix colours?
Yes. With the same logo on every colour it's one setup, priced on your total quantity.
Can you match my brand colour?
Yes, Pantone (PMS) colour matching where the branding method allows.
Do you keep my artwork?
Yes, for reorders.
What if something's wrong?
If we get it wrong, we reprint or refund. For unbranded items, see our Returns policy.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, or by bank transfer: your invoice is emailed straight away, and we start your order once payment arrives. Please use your order number as the reference.
Where are you based?
We're an online-only business based in Wellington, delivering New Zealand-wide.
