Galaxy Promo wishes to enter into a fair and equitable relationship with all customers, please read our terms & conditions below which are designed for the benefit of both parties…

• Prices are in New Zealand Dollars. Delivery charge is separate from the purchase price. Delivery charge is added at the end once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase.
• Payment for products will be made before receiving products unless other arrangements are made between you and Galaxy Promo.
• We warrant that all the products we sell are of merchantable quality. To the extent allowed by the law and all other warranties or guarantees related to Galaxy Promo.
• Our liability to customers from goods supplied by us directly or indirectly by their use is limited to the replacement of the goods or refund of money paid for the goods. Under no circumstances will we be liable for loss of profits, consequential loss, or other indirect loss of any kind.
• Once an order is placed it will be processed straight away and if needed to be canceled must be canceled within 24hrs.
• Our shopping cart is configured to accept New Zealand sales only. For international orders please email us at sales@galaxypromo.co.nz
• We may for whatever reasons we see fit, refuse to accept all or part of any order made through the website, or mail.
