Terms of service

1. Prices. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery is added at checkout.

2. Payment. Payment is made before your order goes into production, by card at checkout or by bank transfer on our invoice, unless we agree otherwise.

3. Proofs. We email a proof for every branded order and production starts only after you approve it. Please check spelling, layout and colours carefully: we print what you approve.

4. Your logo. By sending us a logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it.

5. Showing our work. We may show photos of orders we supply or brand, including your logo, on our website and in our marketing. If you'd rather yours wasn't shown, email sales@galaxypromo.co.nz and we'll remove it.

6. Colours. We match Pantone (PMS) colours where the branding method allows. Printed colours can vary slightly from screens and from one material to another.

7. Lead times. Lead times shown on product pages are working days from artwork approval and payment.

8. Cancellations. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. A branded order can't be cancelled once production has started.

9. Returns and faults. Items correctly branded with your logo can't be returned. If we get it wrong, we reprint or refund. For unbranded items, see our Returns policy.

10. Quality and liability. We warrant that all products we sell are of merchantable quality. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the money paid for them, and we are not liable for loss of profits, consequential loss or other indirect loss of any kind.

11. Where we sell. Our checkout accepts New Zealand orders only. For international orders, email sales@galaxypromo.co.nz.

12. Orders. We may refuse all or part of any order.
