Holiday Notice: Christmas and New Year Closing Dates

Our online store is open 24/7! Orders placed during the holidays will be dispatched once we return.

Our last working day for 2025 will be Friday, 19th December, and we will reopen on Monday, 5th January 2026. During this period, our offices and production facilities will be closed, and no orders will be processed or dispatched.

How This Affects Your Orders

• Stock Orders: Orders placed close to 19th December may not be dispatched until after we reopen on 5th January.
• Branded Orders (e.g., embroidery, printing): Lead times for custom orders vary, but production will pause during our closure.

For example:

• If your branded order typically takes 10 working days to complete and you place it on 18th December, the production process will pause for the holidays. Your order will resume processing when we reopen on 5th January and may not be completed until 20th January.

This means holiday dates are not counted in lead times, so any orders placed just before the break will be delayed.
